Plain terms
What you can expect from this site, and what it does not promise.
Using this site means accepting what follows. It is written to be read, not to be impenetrable, and it is short because the site does very little that needs governing.
This is an editorial catalogue. It displays products, measurements, prices and opinions. It takes no orders, holds no stock, processes no payments and enters into no sales contract. Every purchase is made with a third-party retailer under their terms.
This site is not operated by, endorsed by or affiliated with the manufacturer whose products it lists. OlarHike and any other trademarks named here belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the products described.
Specifications are taken from the manufacturer, prices and ratings from the retailer, and both are reproduced in good faith at the moment the site was built. Prices move, listings change and stock runs out. No warranty is given that any figure on this site is current, and the retailer's page is authoritative in every case where the two disagree.
The guidance here is written for a general reader with a tape measure. It is not professional advice about the safety, load-bearing capacity or suitability of anything for a particular purpose. Follow the manufacturer's instructions, particularly on load ratings, stacking heights and the use of powered pumps and compressors.
Buying links carry an affiliate identifier, and a qualifying purchase earns this site a commission at no additional cost to you. This is disclosed on every page. No product appears here because it pays more, and no ranking is for sale.
To the extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for loss arising from use of this site or reliance on its contents, including any decision made on the basis of a figure that was accurate when published and is no longer so.
The written text, comparisons and page design are ours and may not be republished wholesale. Product photographs and manufacturer descriptions remain the property of their owners and are used to identify the goods described. Quoting a paragraph with a link back is fine and welcome.
These terms may be updated as the site changes. The version published here is the one that applies.
