Not us either
No sale was made here, so no return can be made here. Where it does go, and how to not need it.
Returns follow the money, and the money never came to this site. A purchase made through a buying link is a contract between the buyer and the retail partner, and the return window, the return method and the refund are all theirs. Their account area holds the order and the return option.
The split is usually clean. A change of mind, a wrong size or an item damaged in transit is a retailer matter and goes back through the order. A fault that appears after weeks of use, a missing part or a pump that stops working is a manufacturer matter, and the air mattresses in this range carry two years of manufacturer support.
When in doubt, start with the retailer. They will redirect if it is a warranty claim, and they answer faster.
This range is unusually easy to return badly. Folding bins ship flat and clip together by hand, which means a returned bin has to go back flat, and the box it came in is the only thing that shape fits. Assemble one, decide, and only then break the packaging down.
Air mattresses are the other case. Inflate on a clean floor before the guest arrives, not the evening they turn up. A puncture or a pump fault found on the day is a problem; found a week early it is a return.
Most returns in this category are size mistakes, and size mistakes are avoidable with a tape measure. The size guide converts every capacity in the range into a physical footprint and lists what actually fits. Five minutes there is cheaper than a return label.
